Capacitance2 is the series capacitance (in pF) between any pair of ports assuming a PI-model as shown below:

In the above figure, the capacitance2 calculation gives the value of C. Any parasitics to ground (such as Y1 and Y2) are not included in the capacitance calculation. This model is valid for any number of ports.
