How do I save a project?

The Sonnet Project

To save a project, perform the following:

1. Select File => Save from the project editor main menu or click on the Save button on the tool bar.

TIP:      The shortcut key for File => Save is Ctrl-S.

2. If the file was not previously name, a browse window appears in which you may select the directory in which you wish to save the project.

3. Enter the name under which you wish to save the project.

4. Click on the OK button to save the project and close the dialog box.

If you have changed the geometry or netlist and there is pre-existing analysis response data, you will be prompted to ask if you wish to delete the data or save the project under another name. This is to preserve consistency between the geometry or netlist and the data stored in the project.

If you wish to save a previously named file under another name, select File => Save As using the browse window which appears to specify a new project name.
