How to Find your Sonnet Version
To find the version you are running, open any Sonnet program
and select Help -> About.
Patches/Updates
Typically, Sonnet issues very few patches or updates to the
software. Experience has shown that frequent patches just
increase the chances of buggy software. Instead, we fix bugs at
the same time we work on enhancements to the software, then
thoroughly test the software before releasing it to the public.
- Sonnet Lite and LitePlus: There are no patches or
updates for Sonnet Lite/LitePlus at this time.
- Sonnet Level2, Level3 and Professional: There are
no patches or updates for Sonnet Level2, level3 and
Professional at this time.
Support Policy
Any customer on support automatically qualifies for any updates or
new versions. New versions are shipped automatically. Updates
must be requested.
