License ID

Selecting the License ID tab on the License page of the Sonnet Administration dialog box (Admin - Setup) displays your License ID. This is a unique ID assigned by Sonnet which identifies the license which enables your software. This ID should always be included in any correspondence with a Sonnet representative.

If UNKNOWN is displayed, your license has not been unlocked. See the Setup tab on the License page  for information about unlocking your license.
