Floating License

A floating license is when the license server runs on any machine, but the features it enables can run on any computer but only one at a time and not concurrently on multiple machines. For example, a single floating license of em, the analysis engine, enables the software on any computer, but only one of the computers can run an analysis at any given time. Another user must wait until the first user's analysis is complete before having access to the analysis engine.
