where "thickness" refers to the metal thickness in meters. Sheet resistance varies with frequency which is automatically calculated by the software. The default units are Ohms/sq. Note that for the Thick Metal model, this represents the total sheet resistance of the metal, no matter what number of sheets are used to model the thick metal.
