Local Polygon

A local polygon is a polygon which is associated with a Technology Layer, but has its properties control set to "Local" so that the polygon has unique properties instead of just using those of the Technology Layer. The polygon is located in the metal level to which the Technology Layer is assigned. The polygon is also included in an export to a drawing layer or stream. However, in the Sonnet project, the polygon retains its own unique properties which can differ from the material and meshing properties of the Technology Layer to which it is associated.
