Automatic Loading

If you wish to have the Cadence Virtuoso Interface loaded each time you open the CIW, follow the instructions in the file

 < Sonnet Directory>/sonnet_virtuoso_dk/virtuoso.txt

where < Sonnet Directory> is the directory in which the Sonnet software was installed.

NOTE: You must have administrator privileges to make these changes.

If the load is successful you will receive the following message in the CIW:

The Sonnet context file "< Sonnet Directory>/bin/sonnet_virtuoso.cxt" was loaded and initialized.

If Sonnet has not been installed properly, the following error message appears:

The Sonnet Directory is not set and the Sonnet Cadence Virtuoso Interface is unable to be installed.
