You have a Firewall

The license manager software, running on the license server, uses sockets to talk to remote machines in the network. The remote machines communicate to the license server over port 7852 by default. The license server communicates back over the port 7853 by default. If you need to use different port numbers, then you will need to edit the license file in the Sonnet directory. The file is normally stored in a default location (click link for the location on your OS).

Change the number at the top of the file to the port number you wish to use. See below:

SERVER JohnPC 006073228dc3 7852

VENDOR sonnetd sonnetd port=7853

When you select Admin - License, select "Remote" on the Setup tab and enter the name of the License Server and the port address through which the remote machines communicate with the license server in the Port Number dialog box.
