Ask a Support Question

You have the following options to ask a technical support question or report a problem:

If you are not a present Sonnet customer, please visit our Request More Information page.
Call/Text Sonnet Software Support at +1 (315) 678-4462 (9AM to 5PM Eastern Time).
Email the technical support team at support@sonnetsoftware.com and please include the following information:
- Description of your issue or question
- Relevant project files and supporting documents (50 MB limit)
- Contact information
- Sonnet Version* and License ID*
Send project files directly from within the Sonnet Project Editor. Open the project you'd like to send and select File > Manage Project > Send to Sonnet.

	Note: For licensing problems, please select *Admin > Diagnostics* and select either "View FLEXnet log" or "View License log" and Press the "Copy Text" button and paste this text into the text window above. See also the Upload section below.
Upload:	If sending a file larger than 50MB, please use the Upload Large File Page. For licensing problems, select *Admin > Diagnostics > Trouble Report* on the computer with problem and attach the resulting sondiag.txt file.
