To assist you with the design of these circuits, we provide a powerful 3D viewer for Sonnet geometry projects.
3D current density of an LTCC circuit at 400MHz
The 3D Viewer built-in to both the Project Editor and the Current Density Viewer on all platforms allows views to be rotated, moved or zoomed in real time. Within the Current Density Viewer you can see the interaction between layers and vias. Do you need to create a presentation for a design review? These graphical views can be easily copied to the Windows clipboard or exported for use within other software packages. On the Windows platforms you can save an animated movie of the your currents.
