Fix #10821 - The-LoadTechnology feature was added to soncmd.
Fix #10766 - Removed excessive noise when using an external data file with near-ideal s-parameters in a netlist.
Fix #10787 - A co-calibrated port which is numbered zero (being used as a ground connection) is now simulated correctly.
Fix #10823 - Improved the memory and subsection requirements for circuits with large ground planes and many via connections.
Fix #10814 - The correct calibration standard is now used for circuits with edge vias.
Fix #10788 - Adding analysis frequencies in the Frequencies dialog box in the Cadence Virtuoso Interface no longer causes an error.
Fix #10685 - When simplifying vias in the Cadence Virtuoso Interface, use of the Identify Bar Vias option no longer causes shorts in a circuit.
