With development focused exclusively on planar electromagnetics, we have established multiple industry firsts, including ultra-wide-band and effecient ABS (adaptive Band Synthesis) electromagnetic interpolation and our exclusive, patented conformal meshing, which allows fast high accuracy analysis of arbitrary curving structures.Sonnet's electromagnetic analysis is based on the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), an approach that yields accuracy, dynamic range, and robustness unmatched in the industry. Sonnet's tools interface easily with all major high frequency EDA frameworks.
When ADS users require this high level of accuracy for their large arbitrarily shaped circuits, they can invoke Sonnet directly from an ADS menu. The ADS layout is then effortlessly transferred to Sonnet where the user initiates an analysis and then sends the result back to ADS.
