The development of compact RF-LTCC modules with a high number of metalization levels (sometimes more than 10) increases the necessity of three dimensional graphical views of a complete circuit. To assist you with the design of these circuits, we provide a powerful 3D viewer for Sonnet geometry projects.

The 3D Viewer built-in to both the Project Editor and the Current Density Viewer on all platforms allows views to be rotated, moved or zoomed in real time. Within the Current Density Viewer  you can see the interaction between layers and vias. Do you need to create a presentation for a design review? These graphical views can be easily copied to the Windows clipboard or exported for use within other software packages. On the Windows platforms you can save an animated movie of the your currents.
