CST License Request

Please complete the following form to order your software license. Your licensing information (with instructions) will be emailed to you after we process your request and receive your license from CST. This process generally takes between 24 to 48 hours to complete. Please note that ALL fields marked with "*" are required when ordering a software license.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

License ID

Your License ID should be printed on the CST License Request Form which is included in your shipment or in the email sent to you by Sonnet. If this field is blank, enter "blank" as your License ID.

Host ID

For Windows license servers, your Host ID is one of the following:

»	The MAC address of your Ethernet Card
»	Your hardware key ID number which is printed on the hardware/USB key
»	For UNIX Flexlm license servers, your Host ID is the standard UNIX Host ID.
